wait-on

wait-on is a cross-platform utility that waits for files, ports, sockets, and HTTP(S) resources to become available. It is useful for ensuring dependencies are ready before executing subsequent commands in a script. This tool can also operate in reverse mode to wait for resources to become unavailable, aiding in service shutdowns.
