Rimraf is a deep deletion module for Node. js that mimics the UNIX command `rm -rf`, providing a cross-platform solution for aggressive and recursive file and directory removal. It is ideal for scenarios where permanent deletion of filesystem entries is required, but caution must be exercised with untrusted input to avoid system compromise.
