rehype-katex is a rehype plugin that transforms inline and block math using KaTeX, allowing for math rendering at compile time without client-side JavaScript. It is particularly useful for documents that require mathematical expressions to be displayed correctly in HTML. This plugin can be combined with remark-math for additional syntax support.
