Netmask is a utility for parsing and understanding IPv4 and IPv6 CIDR blocks, allowing for exploration and comparison of IP networks. It is useful for applications that need to manage or validate IP addresses within specified network ranges. This package is inspired by the Perl Net::Netmask module.
