The `code-point-at` package is a ponyfill for the ES2015 `String#codePointAt()` method, allowing you to retrieve the Unicode code point of a character at a specified position in a string. It is useful for working with strings that contain characters outside the Basic Multilingual Plane (BMP). However, it is deprecated since the native method is now widely supported.
